Order Cancellation Policy:

An order may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After 24 hours, all purchased stones are placed into production and any costs incurred on behalf of this order are the responsibility of the customer.

Please submit your cancellation via email to ordercancellation@robertsonmonuments.com, or call us at 785-392-3097.

Email cancellations must contain the following: first name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on the order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to your order.


Warranty Policy:

We do not warranty our limestone products at this time.

Damaged Goods: All items are shipped via the USPS or UPS ground at our discretion. The customer agrees to receive the item as is upon receipt.

Optional insurance may be purchased to insure against any damage that may occur during shipping. If you have purchased an item and would like to make arrangements for purchasing insurance, send an email to orders@robertsonmonuments.com. Please reference your order number and include your full name, email address, and phone number. We will get back to you with the cost and payment methods.


Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for our limestone products at this time. Customer agrees that all sales are final and orders may not be refunded or exchanged unless the order fits the parameters outlined in our cancellation policy above.
